Chairman’s Statement on Corporate Governance

tinyBuild believes in strong corporate governance, and supports the principles of the Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Code.

The Board is collectively responsible for the success of the Company, and entrepreneurial leadership is balanced by the scrutiny and oversight provided by the independent Non-Executive Directors.

The Directors believe that the QCA Code provides the Company with the framework to help ensure that a strong level of governance is maintained, enabling the Company to embed the governance culture that exists within the organisation as part of building a successful and sustainable business for all of its stakeholders. The Company will comply with the ten principles of the QCA Code as detailed here.
